Our Story

We Built The Boring, Dependable Thing On Purpose.

MailRoundup started with a bad Sunday. One of us was on call for a small fintech app, and a payment receipt did not arrive. Then the password reset did not arrive. Then the verification code did not arrive. The provider dashboard said everything was fine. The customers, quite reasonably, did not agree.

We spent that afternoon reading bounce logs and DKIM headers, and we came out of it with a strong opinion. Transactional email is a trust product. When someone asks for a code, they are already standing at the door. If the mail does not arrive, the whole product feels broken, even if nothing else is.

So we built the boring, dependable thing on purpose. No bulk marketing features to distract the roadmap. No dashboards designed to look impressive in a screenshot. Just clean delivery, honest logs, and a suppression list that actually gets respected. The kind of service you install on a Tuesday and forget about by Thursday.

We are a small team of engineers and one very patient deliverability specialist. We answer our own support inbox. We read every bounce class before we ship a feature that would change how we handle it. We say no to customers who want to use us for cold outreach, because that is how we keep the pipe clean for everyone else.

If that sounds like the kind of email service you have been looking for, we would love to have you.
